LNS visit ...

I had the pleasure of visiting a little needlework shop in Kissimmee Florida called
A lovely LNS with great service & a nice variety of offerings.
Needless to say I added to my stiching stash but I was really pleased to find some Bellpull Hardware to finish this piece from LHN.
I think it's perfect !!!!
 Happy Stitching

So blessed ...

I had some free time just for me this week!
I had so much to do but focused on rest & relaxation while my husband focused on the chores.
He is such a keeper!
We enjoyed a walk on the beach after i got home from work
Then i worked on my granny stripe afghan
And we cleaned up my garden
There is much more to do but now it looks presentable!

Have a Happy Sunday
& Be Blessed!

Granny Addict ?

For my new project
I am starting a granny stripe afghan.
The crochet pattern is repetitive and therefore easy to learn even for a beginner-
&
It's a great way to use up yarn scraps!

Granny Projects Recap:
I recently finished my half granny square triangular shawl.
I am working on 2 granny square afghans ...

And i made a mini granny shawl for my dress form mannequin pincushion

Is there a treatment available for this?

Have a great week
&
Be blessed!

New Crafting Adventure ...

When i was younger my mother had a wonderful collection of handmade dolls.
As i was reflecting on the charming quality & creativity of the dolls from my childhood;
I felt inspired to try making my own.
I browsed primitive doll patterns on
 pattern mart
And decided to use a pattern from
 Threadbare Primitives

I changed the color but used the same basic design.  I still need to make the apron but I am thrilled with the results so far ..

It was so fun trying something new!
Enjoy your creative time &
Be blessed !!!
